Polo Insurance Managers is pleased to announce the launch of its client Navigate Re, a newly established reinsurer. Navigate Re, a Guernsey Category 6 Special Purpose Entity, has been formed to offer its investors access to attractive insurance-linked returns. The company received regulatory approval from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) and officially launched during the first quarter of 2025.

Solomon Garber and Atit Jariwala, the principals behind Navigate Re and its sponsor Erithmitic (www.erithmitic.com), bring deep expertise in insurance and alternative investment strategies. Their shared vision for Navigate Re is to create a flexible and high-performing reinsurance platform that leverages Guernsey’s unique regulatory and commercial environment.
