Paul Andrews joins as CEO of PoloWorks and – subject to regulatory approval – Polo Managing Agency, succeeding Simon Sykes. Over the course of his career, Paul has gained extensive knowledge and experience of both the Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s market with a focus on both underwriting and operational management. His skill set is highly relevant to PoloWorks as it undergoes transformational investment, supported by parent company Marco Capital, in technology and professional skills.

Richard Lawson joins as CEO of PCIS. Richard’s substantial and relevant experience will play a key role in taking PCIS to the next level in service proposition and franchise development.
