At PoloWorks, our success has always been driven by our people, and today, that commitment has been recognised once again. For the second year running, PoloWorks has been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ by Great Place to Work®. 

This recognition comes directly from the voices of our colleagues, who shared their experiences of what life at PoloWorks is really like. Their feedback highlighted the supportive culture, opportunities to grow, and sense of teamwork that make PoloWorks more than just a workplace. 

Over the past year, we have taken exciting steps to strengthen career pathways. Our apprenticeship programme launched in 2025, spanning marketing, compliance and insurance. Today, 12 apprentices are learning, contributing and building their futures here. Alongside apprenticeships, management programmes for aspiring colleagues, and sponsorship for industry qualifications ensure every colleague can take their career as far as they want it to go. 

One colleague summed up the culture we have built at PoloWorks perfectly: “What stands out is that while we’re a professional, high-performing organisation, there’s room for individuality, trust, and autonomy in how we work. It creates a positive culture where people feel valued, not just for what they do, but for who they are.” 

We are proud that initiatives like flexible hybrid working, wellbeing support, and sports and social events are making a difference too, but what makes PoloWorks truly special is the people behind them.
