We are thrilled to announce that PoloWorks has been chosen by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Board as the expert delivery partner for managing the Solicitors Indemnity Fund (SIF). This significant decision was made as part of SRA’s objective to ensure future consumer protection for post six-year negligence claims, effective from 1 October.

We are delighted to embark on this venture, which involves not only handling new claims but also working closely with the SIF panel firms handling open claims. Our role will ensure a seamless transition and continuity of service. We understand the immense responsibility and are prepared to tackle it head-on to provide the highest quality of service.
