As a people first company with a strong culture our growth is underpinned by being attractive to local talent. Cheltenham and the wider area have a fantastic pool of dedicated and skilled people some of whom we are proud to have working for PoloWorks.

We started with 300 staff in April 2022, moved into our new Grange Park offices in June 2023 and are looking forward to significant growth across next year. We will continue to foster these relationships, support local talent, and remain committed to our community as we look forward to a promising 2024.
