Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to creating a consistently positive employee experience, fostering cultures that drive business, improve lives, and better society. Over the past year, we have introduced numerous new benefits and policies to solidify our commitment to ensuring our workplace is great for all, including enrolling our first colleague in the Lloyds Advance Programme. To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™ List, Great Place To Work® analysed the anonymous responses of female employees regarding their daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders. These insights benchmark our colleague value proposition against the culture our colleagues actually experience. Only the businesses with the highest scores receive Best Workplaces™ status.
